President Trump focuses on business, Central Intelligence Agency and cabinet nominees

Starting his first official week in the White House following his swearing in on Friday as the 45th president of the United States, Mr. Trump met with 10 corporate leaders in the Roosevelt Room.

Trump, who was sworn in as the 45th U.S. President on Friday, strongly denied previous media reports that he was in feud with the intelligence community, which concluded that Russian Federation helped him win the presidential race with hacking activities.

The "pussyhat project" was started Thanksgiving weekend as a national collaborative project meant to allow march attendees to "make a unique collective visual statement which will help us be better heard", according to the project's website.

Some observers were alarmed that just minutes after Trump's inauguration, the White House climate change website was taken offline and replaced by an "America First Energy Plan" site that pledges to "take advantage of the estimated $50 trillion in untapped shale, oil, and natural gas reserves" on government-owned land.

While some criticize Mr. Trump for opposing free trade in preference to tariffs, he said "We don't have free trade", because nations like Japan restrict imports. "I ran a campaign somewhat based on NAFTA", he said.

Mr Trump also wants to renegotiate the North American Free Trade Agreement with Mexico and Canada to give United States workers, he has said, a fair deal. During the presidential campaign, Trump said bad trade deals had hurt employment in America.

It's not even clear who Trump will have at his side in his first days in office.

The order notes that Mr Trump intends to seek the "prompt repeal" of the law.

During his first weekend as president, Trump served repeated notice that he will continue to employ the outspoken tactics he used during his successful presidential campaign. It's not about ideology.

There are now about one million Americans working in Britain and about one million UK citizens in the United States. "We're not here to help ourselves".

"There is a great deal of reform coming to Washington", said Sean Spicer, the chief spokesman for President Trump on Thursday. "We're here to devote ourselves to the national good". "We will cherish that".

"We have to get rid of IS, we have no choice", he told the audience.

Shortly after the inauguration ceremony, the symbolic transfer of power occurred as the Trumps walked the Obamas to a waiting helicopter outside the Capitol and bid them farewell. He spotted FBI Director James Comey, who many Democrats blame for tipping the election by making public his investigations of Hillary Clinton's emails.

As afternoon became evening, the Trumps made plans to attend a series of inaugural balls throughout Washington D.C.
