LG G6 to feature new UX 6.0 interface, improved multi-tasking support

LG G6 to feature new UX 6.0 interface, improved multi-tasking support

LG's new UX 6.0 mobile user interface. While the size of the screen and the resolution of the display have already been suspected due to LG's announcement of the new QHD+ display panels, LG up to this point had not actually confirmed the screen size.

The improved camera UX allows users to take and review pictures simultaneously, while a new tool lets users divide the screen into two identical squares with the Square Camera feature.

The LG G6's UX 6.0 takes advantage of the additional screen space with a new Square Camera tool which divides the display into two identical flawless squares.

LG continues to tease the hardware and software features of its upcoming G6 flagship smartphone. The Square mode will allow users to take images with 1:1 aspect ratio which is pretty much what everyone is used to nowadays as it is mostly used for uploading images online on social media. Having said, that, if you wish to know more about the smartphone, then be sure to stay tuned to PhoneRadar as we will update once we have more details. More information will be loaded on-screen during searches and e-book reading thanks to the wider viewing angle. "Inside the calendar app, turning the G6 horizontally will display the calendar in the left window while a detailed schedule will appear on the right", the company said.

Another feature LG reveals is called Food Mode, which is basically a shooting mode that provides high color quality and saturation when capturing food items. "The combinations are endless". So you can have a call window on one side and the calendar application in the other, or typing a memo in one window while viewing a website in the other. However, the company claims the LG UX 6.0 that will be included with the phone will allow users to run apps in "two perfectly square windows side by side". I think users will appreciate the many ways we've made the LG G6 more productive.

Of course, the first thing that will probably come to mind is split-screen multi-tasking.
